We go to great lengths to produce and package top-quality products, but once we hand your box to UPS we lose all control over it. To ensure that you're delighted when you receive your order, we have developed several best practices.

  • Preparation & Protection

    We're shipping living plants and animals, so we take great care in our preparation. We check your weather before shipping to determine whether to add heat or ice packs to your order. We ship in 1.5" thick biodegradable styrofoam boxes, just like coral companies, in order to provide maximum insulation from outdoor conditions. Whether it's -10 degrees or 110 degrees, we've got you covered.

  • Speed & Scheduling

    We know that your order needs to arrive quickly in order to minimize temperature swings and to limit the time your live products are in transit. We exclusively use two day shipping options in order to do this. We also know you live a busy life, so we give you the option to schedule your delivery at checkout.

  • Unconditional Live Delivery Guarantee

    Even when UPS experiences delays, 98% of our shipments arrive alive. In the rare event of a DOA, just let us know and we'll reship your order the very next week. We don't ask for pictures or ask you to email us within so many hours of receiving your shipment. We trust you - just send us an email and we'll take care of it!
