Dinkins Aquatic Gardens Ships for Survival

Buying copepods, phytoplankton, and other live products online can be incredibly stressful. Dinkins Aquatic Gardens understands this, and we know that even a perfect product is only useful if it arrives alive. We take extreme care when planning, packing, and shipping your order.

The planning process begins when you pick your desired delivery date. We know you have a busy schedule, and there's nothing worse than expecting live products but having no idea when they'll be delivered. In the shopping cart, you'll have the option to select a delivery date that works best for your schedule.

Since we exclusively use two day UPS shipping, we'll begin preparing your order two days before your selected delivery date. The first thing we do on shipping day is check your weather so we know whether to include heat or ice packs. Since our only goal is survival, we'll add as much as needed - we don't believe in saving money by sending a single tiny ice pack!

We harvest all of our products fresh every morning and ship every order in biodegradable styrofoam boxes for maximum temperature protection. Once your shipping label is generated, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a reminder of your selected delivery date.

On the day UPS delivers your order, you'll receive an email to let you know that your products are out for delivery and giving you acclimation instructions.

Dinkins Delivery Guarantee - Live Delivery, No Hassles

Even the best planning and packaging sometimes can't overcome the things life throws your way. The true test of a company's customer service is the quality of their live delivery guarantee.

This is probably the most radical thing that Ashley & I decided to do when we launched Dinkins Aquatic Gardens: we chose to trust our customers. We don't need pictures of damaged boxes or perished product. There's no need to email us within an hour or two of delivery. When you email us, we're not going to give you the third degree.

Our live delivery guarantee is incredibly simple - send us an email to let us know that something went wrong, and we'll replace the affected product(s). It doesn't matter if it was our fault or not.

One last thing - all replacements are totally free of charge. You won't pay a penny for the product, or the box, or this shipping. It's on us.
