Live copepods are one of the key elements to a healthy and stable reef tank. Copepods eat enormous amounts of detritus and nuisance algae, getting into the tiny cracks and crevices where ordinary clean-up crew can't reach. They also serve as a highly nutritious food for your coral and fish - especially mandarin gobies or dragonettes.
